Smoother Appointment Scheduling Flow
When booking directly from a provider's profile page, we first ask the reason for the appointment. If a provider doesn't treat a specific condition, we stop the process and encourage the user to search for a different provider before entering additional information. This helps the user avoid having a frustrating experience.
Bilingual Capabilities: English and Spanish
DASHself users are now able to view the website content in their preferred language of either English or Spanish. They can select the preferred language option on the right-hand corner of the scheduling screen to view in the selected language.
The Addition of a Preferred Name Field
On the clinical details screen, a “Nickname/Preferred Name” field has been added so the patient can add in their preferred name into this field. This helps ensure the patient has a more personalized experience.
Improved Physician Mapping
The latest product enables Physicians to be mapped to multiple Advanced Practice Providers (e.g. PA, NP), and conversely, multiple Advanced Practice Providers to a single Physician.
